- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Significant experience in digital sales roles within the technology industry or related sectors, a minimum of 10 years, and having a track record of successfully developing and operating digital sales and distribution business.
- In-depth knowledge of disruptive technologies impacting also renewable energy sector, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in using digital sales tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital sales strategies.
- Results-oriented attitude with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and policy developments within the renewable energy sector.
- Passion for sustainability and driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions.
- English fluent spoken and written
- SAP HANA4 and MS Office
- High level of Team management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
